How to beat 4-2-1-3?!
Hey Guys... i ran into this formation today (2 dc, dl, dr , 2 mc, 1 amc, 3 fw)
my team is as usual way higher quality then my opponent but i got another draw... (1:1 in his stadium)
his team hast 19* mine 31,1*
i tried 3n-1-4-2 and it didnt work... he scored his goal in minute 53 after that i changed to 3-1-2-2-2 (3 dc, 1 dmc, 2 mc, amr, aml, 2 fw) and scored a goal at 84´via penalty
here my settings
as the statistics show the match was very even
but my team performed insanely bad (with perfect moral and 95+ condition)
i really wonder why my team did this bad
and i need a tactic that will dominate him in the next game or i will get kicked out of CL just one game away from the final...
greetings and thanks in advance
Chris

4-1-4-1 should do, or 4-5-1v style.. Came across this formation last season and used 4-1-4-1. Not too sure this season. I played a friendly this season against a similar formation but instead of a AMC he used a DMC. I played 4-5-1v style and won 1-0. My opponent was 1 league level higher than me. Good luck mate.

4-1-2-1-2 narrow , 4-1-3mc-2, 4-1-3mc-1-1

I'd go with 4-1-4-1, defensive and counter attacks, playing down the flanks. Should do well.

3n-1-5-1, 3n-1-4-1-1, 3n-1-2mc-3wam-1. I think that's better option than 3n-1-4-2
Don't force counter attacks.
