You can also try 4-3n-2w-1.... Blue arrow on your outside mc's and dc's! Red arrow on your Wingers and ST! Down both flank, counterattack, Hard tackling! Bout to play this match against 4-3-3 in 15min! I'll post Result! But i play always this formation against 4-3-3! If you better go Attacking otherwise Normal!

Down flanks! If it's not working for you go for 4-1-4-1
