    Problem with defensive 3-3-3-1 formation!

I have an important match against this weird formation. It's sort of a very defensive 3-3-3-1 formation.

Please help! What should I do?

Don't get deceived by it he will change it before the game kick in and if he keep it control the midfield go 3-5-2 flat or any good midfield formation

He has 5* players on bench, better than some starting 11 players. Maybe they're injured or he wanted to rest them. Whatever, check his previous matches setup and stats.

I have checked. His first keeper is out of form and he seems very desperate as he is chasing first place... He has lost two matches in a row against weak teams. His team has most possession, but has a hard time scoring goals

He could change 4-5 players. Did he use same formation and players in previous matches? I don't think he will bench 7* GK just because he is out of form.

Or do another trick, I've done it yesterday successfully
My opponent uses weird formation 3w-1-3w-1-1. So I changed my formation to 4-1-3W-2 few hours before match.
When he saw my formation, he changed his to 4 4 2ND. I waited right moment: 4 minutes before match started I finally set my formation to 3-1-4-1-1 and won the match .
