Please help how to counter 4-3-3

Hi guy,

I would highly appreciate if you all could provide our your feedback, I had just finished the season but it was disappointing. Nevertheless

I played played qualifying round with this other team and cost 1-3, will be playing them on second leg. Hence if you could please advise how could I counter the formation and what playing style is recommended?

Thanks for the comment, would you mind elaborating the positions suggest the playing tactics, it would be highly appreciated. The other team is using 4 def - 3 MC - 3 ST
