First formation is aggressive, if you play that you should push forward, 2nd formation is much more defensive and if you play defensive you should not push forward.

First formation against a better team i would be aggressive forward and have aggressive tackling.
Defensive i would... I´m not sure man, i don't play Italian, i always go full forward
