Check this thread out if you haven't already, there's a lot of good info for countering specific formations. It looks like there are 3 likely counters to the 4-4-2.

My personal preference is 3N-4-1-2

thanks but if i stuck with 451v what is the best order
and if 3n-4-1-2 what is order the match is home and he is good opponent he is always beat me even when i have better team i don't know why i try every thing and he always play 4-4-2

counter for 4-4-2 classic is 4-4-2ND attack from your amc

442 is hard formation, u can't counter it 100% .. get kind random many times
for me best formation to counter it was 32W22w1
