Counter against weird 3-2-3-2

today in 2nd round of cup i play away against this

what you think .... what will be best formation to counter it ?
qualities ( me 36,8 : him 37)
he has aswell (3-1-0) strike from last games so probably that weird formation is able to do some results

Thats a weird formation!!!

I'd play a modified 3-4-3. 3(Dl-dc-dc)-4(ml-mc-mc-mr)-3(st-st-st). red arrows on the flanks. blue arrows on both mc's. attacking, down the flanks (or right flank), whole pitch pressing, short passing, zonal, no counter

4-4-2 classic might work as well!!!

yeah 4-4-2 maybe can work aswell .... mine 1st idea was 4-1-2-2-1 V-style , or even go straight with offensive 4-3-3
