    3n-5-2 flat

red arrows on ml/mr. blue arrows on all MC's.

Attacking the flanks with whole pitch pressing may be a good idea too, since your opponents defenders are weak.

Do you have a DMC? 3n-1-4-2 counters this too.

From my understanding none of the counters to this formation have 3 strikers, but considering how weak 3 of his 4 defenders are, a 3 striker setup may be a good idea.

I'd go attacking mentality, short passing, zonal marking with hard tackling. no counter. I always play offsides trap with 3 defenders, but i'm not sure if it does anything.

If you need the win, check your win bonus, player morale and condition too.

    Good luck!!!
