As of a week ago, that formation would have been illegal (3 players on one flank). Because of the recent illegal formation bug though, there might not be much data on what the counter-formation is.

maybe a 3w-4-3 will work! That's what i'd try. Red arrows on the flanks. blue arrows on both MC's. attacking, down the flanks, whole pitch, hard tackling, short passing, zonal, no counter, offsides.
