Maybe 4-3-3... Or 4-2-2-2 hex.
Both should work,chose the one which best fits your squad.

Thanks for your advice! I decided by 4-4-2 classic, and i won 3-0 in away! Tactic was normal mentality, mixed focus passing, pressing own half, hard tackling, mixed passing style, zone marking, force counterattacks, no offside trap. I was a little bit surprised, because the opponent team quality was same as my team.
