HELP! My Formation & Order guide

Please, I use 3-2-2-1-2 formation with 1DC, 1DR, 1DL, 2DMC, 1ML, 1MR, 1AMC & 2 ST. At first, the formation was working well. But presently, I'm on the verge of leaving the Champions league Round of 16 after drawing against a team with 5-0-5 formation "0:0" Away. What orders do I use? Also, if there are better solid formations, please suggest...thank you.

you can use 4-2-2-2 with 1DR, 2 DC, 1DL, 2 DMC, 1MR, 1ML and 2ST. MR and ML are with red arrows

But, should the wingers (ML/MR) be the only ones to have arrows?

Also, my opponent's formation is 4-1-2-3 with 4 full backs, 1 MC, 2AML/AMR and 3 ST...
