Which formation does better out of these?

Hi guys. I will change my formation next season and i need some ideas, which formation will do good,what do u think? I have good players fit for all of them. Here are my choices:

4-4-2 classic

or

4-1-3w-2 or 4-3w-1-2

or 4-3n-3 flat

Which one of these will do good? What do you think?
