How to beat: 3N-2DML/DMR-3N-1-1 - I've searched for hours now.

I got an important knockout CUP match tomorrow and i hope you guys can help me out with some formations and orders/arrows.

This is the formation i need to beat, we are equal skill, but my field players are overall stronger.

I was thinking something like this: Attacking/Mixed passing

-ML-MC-MC-ML- Or a 4-1-4-1 (Down the flanks) But i'm worried about my 1 striker vs his 3xDC
