3-4-3 help?

I just had a match with a 3-4-3 and gave up a point at the 83 mark after I decided to go full out attacking.

His setup is

I think he was using hard tackling so probably all out attacking

I lost with a 4-2-3-1 by one point I tried focusing on his open flank but that failed.
