Guys, how do I play against thisnfollowing formation?

Using Tapatalk and srill getting used to it, but I'm up against the following formation in the league later, and haven't been able to figure it out.

It goes

-------CB-CB-CB
DMR--DMC--DML

-------MC----MC
-------ST-----ST

I usually play a 4-5-1 v-style, and the team is about 5 points weaker than mine.
I've just had a crap season, and the last time I played this team, it was a goalless draw.
