Hey, counter 4-1-2-1-2

Things are strange, really strange nowadays.

I lost 1-2 and had a draw (2-2) against a team in my division that is using 4-1-2-1-2 ND. His team is 10 skillpoints under myself...(!)

I have 89.3 (*****) and he has 79.5 (***) and still these results came....I used to 4-5-1v and 3-5-2 when i lost 1-2 and 4-1-4-1 when i had a draw. Our last game today i had a lead with 2-0 and he still just came back, this without even changing anything cause he wasnt there to watch the game...I had friggin 66-34 in ballpossesion..

How is that even possible? Shouldnt my so much better players just crush him to pieces? Mean, he has alot of 3 star players on places where i had 5 or 6 stars players and on top i rounded up with my 7 star super forward. Last game i looked things up very serious since the old regular 3-5-2 and 4-5v-1 etc didnt work. And ofc i checked DMC, AMC, AML/R to counter it.

Heck is going on tbh?
