orders to use against 4-3n-3

hello guys.
in few hours i have leg game and to opponent use 4-3n-3 tactic
i will try to counter him with 4-1-4-1 but i dont know what orders to put cuz i use this first time

if can someone to help me im lvl3 manager and a bit beeter than him (*29.1 and he is 28.1)
in first game i lost 1-4 but i was with 4-4-1-1 tactic and away.

So plz if can someone help

Inbox why? 4141 is a defend tactic And 433 a attack formation with weak flanks so defence long flanks own normal ( hard when opp create changes) depend on who is better faster his attackers ( St's ) or you dcs but defend work very good with man marking ps: only if youre Defenders are faster as opps strikers good luck

Hi,
I always win against 4-3-3 with 3n-1-3-2w-1 (red arrow on AML/R & ST), normal mentality, attack on flanks, pressing own half, tackling normal, passing long, zonal marking...
