Counter against weird 442 variation

Hi guys,

I need help beating this formation


Its sort of a 442 formation i've never seen before, i played away against him with 343 but lost 3-0.


I used:

Offensive mentality
Mixed type of playing
Whole pitch pressing
Normal tackles
Mixed passes
Zonal

His average quality is 23.2 lvl 5 and mine is 24.4 lvl 2.
But he has a very strong midfielder.

It's for the cup so it's really important match.
