Countering strange tactic

Guys what do you suggest to counter this formation:

this team is a mess... do whatever u want, i dont think your team to be worst than team above

When I 'm facing asymmetrical formations I counter oppo positions.
2 DC, 1DL, 1DMC, 2 MC and whatever you have best for attack. I would play with a good AML and a good ST in the left side.
If you see his DML been active watch out because he may have set red arrow on him
Don't use long passes, only mixed or short.

His flanks are weak and his midfield is very week so 4-3N-3N should be perfect.
Maybe even 3DC, 1 DMC, 3MC and 3ST would be great also.

GUYS this formation is quite similar of 3N-2DMC(W)-2MC-1AMC-2ST...
so i think you can use the same!!!!
