I have changed many formations and bought some new players but they are injured or moral rate is low please suggest something good...my team is struggling alot! please suggest a quick remedy for it!

dont change your formation every game. look for a suitable formation and stick with it.
As you are in eighth position in the league, i think the problem is your orders and your players form.
Look for players who have rating of 4,5,6 or lower and put them on the bench. If you concede a lot of goals, take off red arrows on your dl and dr.
