Any ideas how to beat 3N-1-3W-1-2?

His average quality is: 34.81 Which I have taken of the players he are having on the ground.
My average quality is: 25~

This guy obviously is a token buyer, and has alot better team than me which he clearly can't get without buying tokens as he have 11 million on him, and with those players he have, as lvl 3.

Play with lots of defensive players, some type of 4-5-1, though personally I prefer 3-3-3-1, hard defending and force counter attacks with long passing.
