he uses unusuall formation, so i'd use unusuall counter for it.
Eot exactly like 432w1 but like this:

AML-----AMR
-MC-MC-MC-
DML
-DC-DC-DC
You can use MR instead of AMR. If you have DL, you can place him on DML (yellow triangle) or leave him on DL with red arrow. I'd use mixed passing through flanks and zonal marking.
