Use 4-1-2-1-2 diamond always works , of course if both of your team are same level of strength let's say

Hi,3-4-3 may be a counter for 4-1-2-1-2 depending on the team you're facing and your team ability.

Expecially if you are playing away and/or your opponent is stronger than you,
you should have one defender more than your opponent's ST total number,so 3-1-4-2 is preferreable to 3-4-3,in order to counter amc with a dmc,and to use 3 DC against his 2 ST.

If situation is good for you,during the match,you may switch to 3-4-3. But always be carefull on start.

Today I have to face a very strong 4-3-3 opponent (i think 4-3-3 is a bit more prevedible than 4-1-2-1-2
,but considerations for countering it are the same):

This is a quite inaccurate formation,since he can't believe he may successfully defend with 2 only players. 4-1-4-1 should be ok,but if he doesn't create you problems,you may switch on 4-3-1-2 or 4-4-1-1 ,during your match.

Of course,you have to measure his offensive strength,first.
