What kind of formation is: 4-2(DMC)-1-2n(AMC)-1

I'm up in the league against a formation i have never seen. Here's what it looks like:



What could be a good counter? Orders? We are evenly matched in the quality of teams (24.7 and 24.2) and the match is at home.

My experience says a winged approach (4-5-1 V or 3-5-2 V, especially since only 4 players are attacking, or even a motivated 4-4-2) should do the trick. What do you guys think?
