How do I defeat this strange 3-3-2-2?

So i have a very important league decider tonight and i'm playing this team:

---------------
ML---------MR
DMC-DMC-DMC
DL---DC---DR

I've never played against that kind of formation.
All of his players are 5-star except for the ML and the DR.

Any ideas?

You could try 4-3w-3.. Have atleast 1 or more midfielders. Cover your flanks, his most probably playing defensive with counter.

Tried out 4-3W-3 and was down 0:1 at half time.
Then I changed to 3N-4-3 and won 2:1 with a last-minute winner.
