I'd just treat it like its similar formation; the butterfly (only difference is DMC instead of a 3rd DC).

3w-4-3 attacking/down the flanks/whole pitch/hard/short/no counter/offsides.

red arrows on DL/DR, ML/MR blue arrows on both MC's.

If you're not comfortable using three defenders, then try a 4-2-2-2 hexagon!
