he has no midfield, so overrun it with a centric attacking formation. 4-1-2-1-2 ND should do the trick. You have a back four to account for his 2 strikers and 2 wingers. Then its 1 MC/DMC against multiple bodies in the midfield; he won't be able to adequately defend it...
Attacking, through the middle, whole pitch, hard, short, zonal, no counter, no offsides. Red arrows on DL/DR and all midfielders.
If you don't can't play the narrow diamond, then 4-3n-1-2, 4-1-2n-3, 4-3n-3 should work as well....
