How to beat this guy 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly

I lost 0-3 last time with 5-2-1-2 (X) Defensive, force counter attack, hard tackling

How can I beat him? Actually I got a strong squad for most seasons but don't know how to line-up and set orders, so I always lose against average 4 stars team even I have 3 scouts.

Background: just lost to a bottom league team (I won all games before that while that team lost all) and Clarke rated only 4. Breitkopf has also been not doing well.
