Counter for 4 -2 MC - 2 AMC - 2 ST

Hi all , I'm having difficulty against 4 -2 MC - 2 AMC - 2 ST in the league this season. This guy is still unbeaten.

Can u guys share with me a good counter formation for this weird formation?

Having the same problem finding a formation, just my opponent is playing 4-3n-2(Amc)-1... Any suggestions guys?

3n-1-4-2 for both situations , I faced both tactics before

For the first situation i think that 4-2DMC-2W-2ST(Like Hexagon), both flanks is the solution.

For the second try 3W-2(DMC)-3W-1-1 Maple Leaf

The first solution, your opponent will have more possesion because you have no MC, and the distance from your players are too far.

The second is too dangerous, he got 2 ST and you play with 3W defender?
