How to beat this? 3W-1-3N-2(AML/AMR)-1

Dear friends,
Today i've got match vs this formation. How should i beat him ? I got better team 86 he has 84. But his tactic confusing me so much. Can some1 tell me what to use and how to set that formation?
First pic will be his formation second is mine.

your formation is ok but
no arrows to your ST (I never do, at any case. They are already in attack).
to your MCs (because they must watch oppo MCs
and DMC
Put red arrows only if youre loosing and want to reverse the result.
Blue arrows in your 3 defenders.
Start normal and see how is it going.
If have token, try to find ML-AML and MR-AMR players to use them as wingers too.
