He's stronger than me and my usual formation is 4-3-3.
Do you think it will be effective against him?

Sure he is stronger on midfield, probably he will push on his right side (the MR's "wide" from the others). I think that he will try to play defensively exploiting any counterattacks (because of his lonely St's supported by the AMC's).
