How to beat 3-4-3?

Hi guys,

Tonight i face a 3dc 1mr 2mc 1ml 3st formation.
My average is 24.7 and his/hers 32.3
I will us the 451v with red arrows on the flanks, attacking, flanks, hard tackling, own half, mixed passing, zonal, counter attack on.

Is this the way im gonna beat this guy?
