If you want to play offensively

3w-1-3w-3, attacking/down the flanks/whole pitch/hard/short - no counter/offsides on

Red arrows on DL, DR, ML and MR. Blue arrow on MC.

If you desire a more defensive setup,

4-1-3w-2, normal(defensive)/down the flanks/own half/hard/mixed/zonal - counter (force counters if defensive), no offsides

red arrows on DL, DR, ML and MR. Blue arrow on MC.

I'd recommend maxing your win bonus and condition (if possible). All morale @ superb (if possible) as well. How's your players form?
