If you want a defensive setup.

4-1-3n-2. Hard defending(defensive)/through the middle/own half/hard/long/zonal - force counters/no offsides. Red arrows on DL/DR and 2 MC's. Blue arrow on one MC

Try 3n-1-4-2 / Normal/ Mix passing/ Own half/ Normal Tackling/ Mix passing/ Zone/ No counter/ No offside. His weakness is 3w defender, he attacks through the middle, so 3 DC and 1 DMC are enough, his ML face your MR, it's ok. Good luck!
