How to beat this STRANGE formation ???

This player is whipping all before him this season with this formation. Their quality is 40.2, level 5. They seem unbeatable. They always get 60%-70% possession whether home or away and always at least 16-20 shots on goal.
I have quality 38.8 and could beat it with 4-5-1V formation.

Any suggestions pls ??

Try 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond, attack through the middle, no counter, no offside. 2 DC against lone ST, DR against his AML, your Diamond Midfielders against his 3n MC and AMC, your AMC to exploit his weakness, 2 ST for more goals. His DL/DR have no one to mark.
