What is best tactic to counter this formation?
Hello Marko, i counter some strange formations also. in your case i would go for 4-3n-3. For me i think its difficult to counter weird formations. but in this case 4-3n-3. your 4 defenders should be able to counter those 3 attackers. the 3 center midfielders will have a though battle with the 3 possible 4 midfielders he has. (dmc and dmr red arrow). the 3 strikers iwll have a good chance to score against 2 dc. ( if the dmc has arrow donw. you should control midfield). i would go for attacking through the middle, mixed passing. I think also 3n-4-3 could work.
Once again, its difficult so im not 100% sure it will work.

anyone have advise for this how to counter?
Thanks for advice. I won first game 2:1 with "Narrow Diamond" but i want to be sure to not lose becouse he is the host in next game.
What where the statistics in the first match? if you had good more ball posession, shots on goal etc. then i wouldnt change narrow diamond. couse that obviously worked then. but as i said its difficult.
Ball posession was 59% - 41%, shots on goal 8-3 both for me but i has +15 bonus on start soo idk...
just go for the narrow diamond then. If you see the match is completely different then change to 4-3n-3. with the diamond you got your deffence pretty secure, you already won 2-1 so if he keeps this formation he wil have difficulty to score. just use the same style. maybe try to play defensive/normal with counter attack if you not did that already:)
Okay, thanks for advice i will tell you results tommorow :)
okay, im looking forward to it!:) good luck tomorrow!
What you think about arrows shoudl i put up arrows on DL and DR or?
that could be optionally, but as i said you already won the first match, dont take to much risk ofcourse. his aml probably will have a red arrow to support his attack. In my opinion the best thing u can do is keep your defense secure and dont take to much risk. if you watch the match and he wil get in front, then u could always take more risk to score the goal. so my advice would be dont put the up arrows on your dl/dr
I cant watch the mach, thats why i want to prepare everything now :) I hope it will be good.
i hope so too. as i said i cant guarantee anything ofcourse. but i would do it like that. ofcourse it sucks you cant watch the match so you cant put any changes into your formation or have 8% ball possesion extra. best thing just use ur diamond and hope it will be allright. you had good result in the first match using that tactic.
For your question i think the best solution is 4 5 1 FLAT, but again its weird formation soo im not 100% sure..
or even Narrow Diamond should be good vs that.
actually i was thinking about that. but i think its too defensive for me at this point. i lost first match 1-3 at home . so basically i need many goals and hope for the best. i was thinking also about 3-4-3 to take on his lone dc with 3 strikers. sure i make a goal, but im worried about his wings and i have to play 1 on 1 in defense, maybe can have a mc with blue arrow. but difficult choiche haha;)
Yeah thats sucks :s, If i was in your case i think i will go 3n-1-4-2 to chase the result.
thats a good idea mate. ofcourse be risky with one on one in defense and have only 1 mr to guard 3 right flank players. but i can make good use of the centre he left open! good thinking brother
I think you will beat him with that becouse his center is poor. You chase the result the risk is solution ahaha :D
hahaha yes thats true, we will see tomorrow i will let you know the result!
good luck tomorrow! :)
you too! :)
hey man i won 1-3 but unfortunalty lost the penatlie shootout. how about you?:)
i play draw 2:2 soo its good.. ehh bad luck :s
thats enough yes:) congratulations! yess bad luck, i was much better but missed lots of goals.. then in penalty i came 1-0 in front but then my palyers started missing :(
