best orders and arrows for classic 4-4-1-1?

when I play in this formation I use this:

attacking mentality
mixed focus pass
zonal marking
pressing whole pitch
hard or normal tackle (optional)
mixed passing style
no counter attacks no offside trap

red arrows on your ml,mr,amc.
Blue arrow on one of your mc (the one with better defensive attributes)

if you have problems vs Hard teams maybe u change the mentality Defensive and Long passing + Own half pressing

yes counter
red arrows ml/mr

I'd suggest you to order one of your field players to go back and stay in goal, because that formation seems to be missing a goalkeeper...
