If you want to keep this formation, I would definitly put a blue arrow on your dmc. now you have a lone dc against two strikers. Also i would put off the red arrows on your dr/dl. if your dr/dl are attacking and you get a counter attack, you will have a big problem. your lone dc then will met 2 wingers and two strikers..
My suggestion would be 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond. your dr/dl will meet the wingers. your 2 dc the 2 strikers. to get extra certainty i would put a blue arrow on your dmc to support your defenders. his dml/dmr will have nothing to do then. they are too far from your goal to couse much of a treath. put a red arrow on your amc. orders: attacking, through the middle, short/mixed passing. whole pitch, normal tackling.
