mentality: defensive (or maybe normal)
passing: long
focus: through the middle
tackling: hard
zonal marking
force counter attacks
no offside trap

(minz90 does not seem to like a defensive mentality for 4-3-3 though)

Only for my Team i dont like it. But i have the strongest Team on my Server. So i have another Situation. But all my other Team play normal all the time successful. The Problem is, if the opponent scores first and you play defensive, you will Not get enough chances to score.

When i remember, There was a game with my 4-4-2 (lvl 6) team on lvl 4. My Team Has won this game 2:1 or 3:1
