Counter formation for 4-1-3w-2

Hello guyz,
Pls i have a league match later today. My opponent is playing a 4-1-3w-2 formation. Pls how do i counter this formation and win? currently he is of great rating than me. He is 86.6 and i am 85.6.

i will beat one in 10 min with 4-2-3-1. definitely i will use this: normal, mixed, full pitch, short, hard, zonal. About the arrows, i ll start with red on aml and amr.
