Must win 4-1-3n-1-1 !!!!!!

I will face this formation tomorrow and I lost the first match with 2x0. I'm stronger so I blame my wrong formation.
Sugestions to face this formation?

3-5-2V or 4-5-1V
Defence, both flanks, whole pitch, hard, counter on, Ofside off

3-5-2V or 4-5-1V just suitable in low level (6 and below). With higher level you should uae 4-3N-3 or 4-1-2-1-2 (narrow diamond). In this case, I think you 4-3-3 is better. Good luck
