Countering 3W-4-1-2

Yeah so My team's a bit stronger than his. I have 1 good striker and 2 very good Scout wingers, 3 5* midfielders and 5* defenders. I mostly play 4-5-1V or 4-5-1N. Any ideas on formation i should use + orders?
