The positions available for your team are very limited. You have 2 MCs and 2 STs. At least 3 MCs and 3 STs are needed.

mentality: defensive
passing: long
focus: mixed
tackling: hard
pressing: own half
force counter attacks
Put your MCs according to their favorite side. Switch AMC And ST to their favorite side if required, but they should be on opposite sides; for e.g if ST is put on right centre, AMC must be on left centre.
If you had 3 MCs and 3 STs, better formations would have been available.

Zonal, and no offside trap.
It is difficult for you to win though with the players that you have.
Try this for the first match. Post the match results. If ever it did not work, I will give you another set of tactics for the next match.
