3n-5-2 is very effective for this particular season...

    Is 3DC/DMC/2MC/AML/AMR/2ST or 3DC/DMC/2MC/ML/MR/2ST?

I use 4-5-1V to start with, then if things are going well, switch to 3N-5-2V.
    Red arrows on AML/AMR.

If things start going pear-shaped, then I switch back to 4-5-1V.

    4-5-1V: DL-2DC-DR/DMC/2MC/AML-AMR/ST
    3N-5-2V: 3DC/DMC/2MC/AML-AMR/2ST

Depends on the Q of the opposition. IMO orders aren't applicable to each situation equally, and should be kept to the player concerned. General rule I use is attacking if superior, defensive if they are better; sometimes past history will lead me to use one set of orders in a situation where I might have used another if going into the match blind (without any history or early in season where I don't have past matches to look back on in season).

You have to analyse the situation yourself and apply orders you see fit to the situation - it's part of Management (with capital M) - most of the order combinations I use are honed from bitter experience. I'm not sure how long you've been a manager in T11 but you have to develop the orders you give your team from analysis of the opposition, the importance of the game and the possible tactics your opposing manager may be using, and your own experience of the effect the orders you have given your players in the matches they have played.
