So the counter formations spreadsheet is indeed helpful, but obviously there are many other variables that need to be considered like each players attack/defense (arrows) and overall team attack commands. If i'm playing against a 4-4-1 and my counter formation is a 4-5-1 butterfly, do you play that as a overall team defense or attack? Do I run forced counter attacks and/or the trap?

Is there any other special instructions out there regarding this I need to consider or is it all just trial and error?
