A possible improvement would be to use mixed focus (or even through the middle) rather than down both flanks.

I just thought that with 3wide midfielders i should play down both flanks. but i will give it a try.

You have more neutral or offensive players in the middle area (MC,AMC and 2 ST compared to ML and MR). So, a mixed focus is probably better.

If you use through the middle, then removed the red arrows that are on the side midfielders.
