Orders for 3n-1-3w-1-2

Hi

i am playing 3n-1-3w-1-2 and better than most teams in league but i am struggling a bit.

my orders are

offensive
down both flanks
own half
normal tackling
short passing
zone

no counter
play offside tactics

any ideas to make my orders better??





and when i am playing offside trap with 3 defender all with blue arrows(running back) is this wrong???

A possible improvement would be to use mixed focus (or even through the middle) rather than down both flanks.

I just thought that with 3wide midfielders i should play down both flanks. but i will give it a try.

You have more neutral or offensive players in the middle area (MC,AMC and 2 ST compared to ML and MR). So, a mixed focus is probably better.

If you use through the middle, then removed the red arrows that are on the side midfielders.

its a good formation? i already use it and i lose 4-1!!! Without back (DR,DL) it's difficult to me to win!!! I don't know...
