Help against 4-2-3w-1

Hi all, Im facing a quite attacking formation tomorrow in the league. Ive been reading various posts about beating 4-2-3w-1 but its old posts and not sure if the formations mentioned are still effective... Please help with formation and orders against this formation.

His quality is 147.1 and mine is 147.9, I'm slightly stronger but thinking of going defensive as the above formation is more of an attacking formation. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

1) 4-5-1 V-style
2) 3-5V-2 red forward arrow on DMC and blue defense arrows on both MC.
3) 4-4-2 Classic

Not sure of hexagon though, his AMC and AML are pretty strong..... Thinking of 4-5-1 v defensive, own half, down the flanks, long passing. Counter on, red arrows on AML/R? Or defensive with mixed passing. No counter. What you think about this?

If I want to go more defensive then 3n-3(DMC/R/L)-2-2? Very much unsure!

you could try 3w-1dm-3-aml/amr-st defensive/ownhalf/longbal/mixed / blue arrow dm and centre mc
