2-3-2-2-1 - help needed.

I think I've seen this one discussed here, but can't find it - any ideas on how to counter this one?

Haven't personally faced this formation, but I think a 3w-4-3 would overrun that backline.

I think the key here is long passes and playing the ball behind the defensive midfield.
I would use a 4-3(N)-3 or a 4-1-3(W)-2, no arrows. If you have a really strong DMC that's a playmaker, then try using the 4-1-3(W)-2.
