why always i lose ?

This formation is not the cause of the loss because i was win a lot of cups and always i play with 3-2-2-1-2, i don't know what happened this session
lost in the champions league groups and lost in the cup and now i am the 13th in league !!!

Stats, I need the stats of the players, this pic with the goals, assistances MoM,,,, then I will tell you my opinion, as usual based in that every formation can win the treble and that visible Q. don't mean anything.

I had faced same problems with my team and i remains at 14 position till 4th game and also just got a single win in all competitions. But jst managed to be in cup with away goals. Some of the reason i guessed for my team was: I cut the bonus of my teams for this season then even after increasing bonus it does not work as my team looks like totally out of form..
So, i suggest u following things:
- play more friendly against weaker teams, so u can dominate match
- give winning bonus
- renew contract of all players and if u don't want to renew sell them and bring new one.
- for first some games choose squad based on stats. and make other player with poor stats more on friendly

I followed these and managed now to be in 4th positions and am still in CL and CUP
